  8:30 AM     Slow Weights,  Strength and Core  50 min. new drop-in class


  9:30 AM     Outdoor -  Hiking Body Aligned 

                        This 110+ min class begins with 8:30 AM strength class  and then moves                               outdoors for 1-hour hill hike and movement education class. Class                                          ends at 10:30 AM


Afternoon     Private Training


  4:45 PM     Slow Weights,  Strength and Core  50 min. NEW - Prepaid 4-week class

                     Class begins 2/7/12

            
 6:00 PM      Whole Body Workout - Restorative Exercise TM  80 min. class                                                This is a prepaid 4-week class

                    Workshop Saturday Feb. 4th 1-4pm,  Classes begin Feb. 8th

                    4-week series to stretch and release muscles and connective tissue
